Initial Inquiry
Once you reach out, we'll gather high-level details about your project. Note: We do not provide on-the-spot quotes. Accurate pricing requires proper measurements and design development.
In-Home Consultation
We schedule a visit to your home to take precise measurements, evaluate the space, and understand your vision, priorities, and budget parameters.
Preliminary Design Development
Our team returns to the studio to create your initial design concept, built around your layout, functionality needs, and cabinetry goals.
Showroom Design Presentation
You'll meet with us — preferably in our showroom (or via Zoom for out-of-state clients) — to review your design in detail. During this meeting, you'll select:
Design Revisions
We include one round of design revisions following your showroom visit. Additional changes require a $500 design retainer to proceed — applied to your final payment.
Contract & Deposit
Once your design and scope are finalized, we move forward with a signed agreement and 50% deposit. This secures your project and allows us to proceed with ordering materials.
Cabinetry Ordering — Up to 6-8 weeks
Your custom cabinetry production begins. Lead times can be up to 8 weeks depending on specifications and manufacturer schedules. Summer project could result in longer wait times.
Project Scheduling
Once your custom cabinetry arrives at our showroom, we coordinate and confirm your project start date.

We begin with demolition, followed by any necessary rough work:
Cabinet Installation & Countertop Templating
Cabinetry is installed first, establishing the foundation of the space. We then template for your custom countertops to ensure a precise fit.
Parallel Progress & Change Orders
While countertops are being fabricated, our team continues work in other areas to maintain momentum. Any changes must be documented as a written change order and paid in full prior to execution.
Countertop Installation
Your custom countertops are installed once fabrication is complete.
Finishes: Backsplash, Flooring & Fixtures
We complete the primary finish surfaces, bringing the design together visually and functionally.
20% Due at Substantial CompletionFinal Details & Clean
We wrap up with finish carpentry, detail work, and professional post-construction cleaning.
Project Completion
You reclaim your space — fully transformed and move-in ready. If you're happy (and we aim to make sure you are), we always appreciate a review.
